Paris Cyber Summit was created to offer a trusted, non-partisan space where Europe and the United States can speak frankly about the future of digital power.

01 The Summit (Open panels)

PCS convenes high-level European and American leaders around curated strategic panels exploring the future of cyber, AI, cloud governance and digital sovereignty.

Each conversation is designed to surface European viewpoints while opening structured channels of dialogue with the United States.

02 Networking

At PCS, networking is not a side moment — it is a strategic component of the Summit. Our curated environment connects European and American leaders in a trusted, off-the-record setting designed for meaningful, high-value conversations.

Through carefully crafted interactions, PCS networking helps accelerate mutual understanding, spark partnerships, and reinforce the human fabric of the EU–US community that PCS brings together year after year.

03 Closed-Door Transatlantic Circles

Exclusive, invitation-only sessions where senior EU and US decision-makers engage in frank, off-the-record discussions.

The Provocative Thinking format enables participants to:

  • align priorities,

  • clarify tensions,

  • stress-test assumptions,

  • and build long-term strategic trust.

Mission EU–US

PCS was created to offer Europe a structured space to contribute to transatlantic digital governance, and to give the United States a trusted partner capable of clarity, stability and strategic vision.

PCS has become the only trusted platform where Europe, the US and the private sector can speak openly, test ideas, and shape the next phase of digital cooperation.

Our mission is to:

  • make complex issues legible for decision-makers,

  • confront different strategic views in a safe environment,

  • identify convergences and manage disagreements,

  • help build a more resilient, open and democratic digital order.
